The above data analyzes that the Air Canada has also a more strong profile on the twitter account in comparison to Air India. Since 2009 they are active on twitter and share their posts regularly about their new promotional plans, discounts for the next flight, customer experience etc. interestingly, they come up with a number of tweets per day. Air India joined the twitter in late 2011 to engage with their customers on another social media. They also tweet their selfies in different contests, upload videos which show the interior of the plane, a food service, and passenger’s comfort. Usually, they share customer experience and new promotional strategies posts.

My favorite post of Air Canada from the recent time is when they announced the award for the passenger who travels over 3 million miles with them. This is a very honorable moment for air Canada to prove them as the best airline. This post re-tweeted and gain popularity. From the Air Canada twitter page, my favorite post is when they come up with the planning of new services on #Delhi-#Kochi-#Dubai route. In this post, they wear Indian traditional attire which is a very entrancing moment. This post went viral on other social media and is a good way to promote the brand.

Even though air Canada has a strong twitter profile, the post of Air Canada gains more popularity than Air Canada. Because of the following reasons:
  • ·         Post is re-tweeting again and again
  • ·         Gain more likes
  • ·         Reply to this post very effectively

·         Used more keywords like new fly services, high status, and cheap tickets etc.

Overall, it is clear that Twitter is another powerful social media for brands to enhance their brand image and build the customer relationship more strong.
